Eczema is really so itchy and i cant help but scratch it. Corticosteroid is a heaven sent because it can relieve the itchiness and redness. |

Have been trying to buy new clove soap but Tangs (both at Vivocity and Orchard) seem to have no stock for a while now.
Still waiting for the new stock to arrive but one of the sales person mentioned that in general if the stock does not arrive for so long, they may discontinue it :(. Bought the Cinnamon soap as an alternative, will try it next

I think it makes perfect since! How long have we been washing out clothes in bleach??? And we are ok right?? As a young child my grandmother would pour bleach in a tub of bath water and bathe me and my cousins....we are still here and all healthy and fine!!! As an adult, mother of three, twin babies and an eleven yr old, every other day as soon as my one year old twins come home from the daycare, a cap full of clorox bleach is poured in their little tub to cleanse them from the daycare germs!! Me eleven yr old is forced to bathe in bleach water a LEAST 3 times a month! Other than slight runny nose from time to time, the babies don't get sick. Me or my eleven year old rarely get colds. I am not telling anyone what to do but research and test it out for yourself!!

Betamethasone is a steriod cream. It should be used sparingly. Despite this, since this is only applied externally, the effect is not as strong as those taken orally.

However, I read you only apply when the problem arise. What you should do, is to continue with the application of the cream over the next 3-5 days even after the itch has subsided. Itch subsided doesn't mean that the eczema is not present.
